About the Role:
As a General Manager at Bharat Lubricants, you will lead overall business operations, coordinate cross-departmental functions, and drive performance optimization across the plant. The position demands leadership in planning, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments.
- Lead strategic business planning and performance improvement.
- Supervise and coordinate with department heads.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control financial performance and budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Build vendor relationships and support business expansion.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Management.
- 0–2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Industrial operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of plant operations, HR, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, Six Sigma, or Lean Management certification.
- Experience in Oil, Lubricant, or Chemical industries.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
